Yellow Daisy Festival

We went to the Yellow Daisy Festival at Stone Mountain Park late last week. It was ... interesting. Lots of craft going on.

Grain miller.

(Heat + animals) - moisture = jerky!

The Stone Mountain is seen through the trees. It is the largest piece of exposed granite on Earth. Bigger than El Capitan, though not as tall or well known. Also, there are three figures of the Confederate States of America carved into the side of it: Stonewall Jackson, Robert E. Lee, and Jefferson Davis. No word yet on whether or not they'll add Jeff Foxworthy.

Summer approaches a clutch of bean bags.

Summer.

More Summer.

Freshly milled bags of flour and pancake fixins'.

More milling action.

I've always wondered about the proper term for a whole bunch of bean bags. Thanks.

I almost went with gaggle, but slept on it and opted for clutch instead. :)
